JAMMU, Dec 3: Team of Drug Control Officers under the supervision of Assistant Controller Drugs, Jammu Farida Parveen conducted surprise raids of establishments stocking cosmetic products for sale.
The officers lifted around 21 statutory samples of cosmetics including soaps, shampoos, moisturisers, fairness creams, tooth pastes, deodorants, lipsticks, cold creams, hair spa creams to send the samples for testing in Regional Testing Laboratories and evaluate the quality of cosmetic products being offered for sale in Jammu district.
The team was constituted by State Drugs Controller J&K Lotika Khajuria. |
