| 3 absconders arrested | | | Early Times Report
Udhampur, Dec 18: Udhampur Police today arrested three absconders wanted since July this year.
In order to facilitate speedy disposal of cases pending for want of accused persons who were absconding since long, directions were passed on to all the subordinate units to constitute special teams and arrest all the absconders and produce them before the court of law for immediate disposal of pending cases in the interest of speedy justice to the aggrieved victims.
Giving details, Rajiv Pandey, SSP Udhampur said, "Based on reliable information, a police party of police station Rehambal led by Inspector Virender Gupta SHO under the supervision of Dr. Rohit Chadgal DySP Hqrs. Udhampur and Rajinder Singh Katoch Addl. SP Udhampur arrested three absconders namely.
The arrested persons have been identified as Udhay Raj, Chintu Dev, and Kavita Devi all resident of Krimchi Mansar involved in case FIR No. 122/2019 U/S 341/323/504/34 RPC whose warrant U/S 512 Crpc was issued by the CJM Court Udhampur. The said accused were absconding since July 2019. |
