| JMC demolishes unauthorized structure in Channi Himmat | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 20: Continuing its drive vigorously against unauthorized constructions and in its sustained endeavour to make the city free from encroachments and violations, on the instructions of Commissioner, JMC Pankaj Magotra and under the overall supervision of Joint Commissioner (A), Ashish Kumar Gupta, the enforcement team of Jammu Municipal Corporation demolished the violative part of construction raised against the approved building plan of Harish Kumar Malhotra son of Late Suraj Parkash Malhotra at Plot No 154 Sec 1, Channi Himmat Jammu by pressing man and machinery into service. The violator was served upon all the statutory notices under the relevant section (s) of J&K Control of Building Operation Act 1988 against the violations committed by him.
Jammu Municipal Corporation has been repeatedly issuing advisories to all the concerned from time to time. A fresh appeal is made to all the city dwellers to refrain from raising illegal constructions and violations against the approved building plan and help JMC to make for a clean and violation free Jammu. |
