| Govt announces winter vacation for Jammu division | | Schools to observe new timings from December 23 | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 20: According to a order issued here today by the School Education Department, all the government and private recognized schools up to Higher Secondary level falling in the summer zone of Jammu division shall observe winter vacation with effect from 30-12-2019 to 08-01-2020.
The order further reads that in view of severe cold conditions, all government and recognized private schools within the Municipal Corporation limits of Jammu shall observe new timings from 10:00 am to 03:00 pm while those functioning outside the Municipal Corporation limits of Jammu shall function from 11:00 am to 04:00 pm with effect from 23rd to 28th December 2019. |
