Jammu, Dec 20: DPS Jammu organized a Special Assembly on Christmas, S.S Sodhi, PVC/Director, DPS Schools, J&K was the chief Guest on the occasion.
The Special Assembly began with the school prayer by Moksha Tickoo of class XI.
Students ushered the Christmas spirit with soul stirring rendition of age old carols and nativity scene showcasing the birth of Lord Jesus, Prince of Peace, the real essence of Christmas.
S.S Sodhi, PVC/Director, DPS Schools, J&K felicitated students of various state and national level Sports, Literary and Inter-DPS events, wherein 210 students were awarded trophies and certificates of merit. The annual school magazines 'Jharna', 'Tarini', & 'Kriti' were also released on the occasion by the Chief Guest alongwith Principal and Staff. Speaking on the occasion, S.S Sodhi Ji congratulated the Principal, Staff and Students for their various achievements and wished everyone Merry Christmas. While Principal, DPS Jammu,
