Man held for duping people by offering Govt jobs in Jammu | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 25: The sleuths of Crime Branch Jammu on Wednesday chargesheeted man for duping people by offering government jobs. Official spokesperson here said that the accused duped the the complainants by offering Government. The accused were identified as Master Mohammad Hanief of Kheri Tehsil Haveli District Poonch, a government teacher by profession and Tawoos Hussain, Sr Assistant Animal Husbandry Department Civil Secretariat of Kamal Kota Uri District Baramula for luring the complainants on the pretext of arranging government jobs and duping them of their hard earned Rs 7,44,000 fraudulently. A written complaint lodged by Mohd Hanief through General Administration Department Civil Secretariat J&K. The spokesperson added that the accused misappropriated the money, thereby causing wrongful gain to themselves and wrongful loss to the complainants on the pretext of providing government job. During investigation the allegations of fraud and cheating meted out to the complainants by the accused were proved against him after collection of material evidence both oral and documentary. The challan of the case has been produced in the Court of Railways, Jammu. |
