| Awareness programme organized at GGM Science college | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 27: An awareness programme-cum-rally was organised by the NCC Cadets J&K 2nd Battalion (Boys) of GGM Science College.
The programme was organized under the guidance of Prof. Fraz Ahmed Chauhan (CT ANO) today on 27th of December 2019 on the eve of Indradhanush- a Govt. of India initiative aimed at awareness of people about immunization of the children upto the age of two years and the pregnant women across the country.
The rally was flagged off from the college premises by the Principal of the college, Prof. (Dr.) Kaushal Smotra. It visited nearby mohallas and interacted with the local people of the area. The main motive of the rally was to generate awareness, deliver lecture on the subject by incorporating the medical authorities and to distribute charts about schedule, age and benefits of the scheme. |
