Samba, Jan 15: The public of rural areas of Distt. Samba expressed their anguish against the Geology and Mining Deptt. of J&K for not allowing owners of Tractors and Trolly to lift Sand, Bajari and Bolders from the nearest Nalla's and rivers beds.
The protesters were raising slogans against Geology & Mining Deptt. Under the aegis and Leadership of JKNPP Provincial President Rajesh Padgotra and Ex-sarpanch Khajur Singh. The protesters burnt the effigy of Director Geology & Mining J&K who without any hesitation and setting the Rule of Law aside,has allowed the Tippers and Dumpers to lift the Sand, Bajari and Bolders and their seems to be no Ban where as contrariwise the ban on the Tractors and Trolly have been imposed vehemently. It will be suffice to mention here, in the fitness of things, which Pargotra clarified and criticised the Geology & Mining Deptt. While interacting with the Media persons that the material from Cheer Khad Bagla Rahya in the shape of RVM has been lifted by deliberate act of geology & mining Deptt. has given a colossal deterioration to the Environment. |
