Doda, Jan 15: District Administration Doda launched a "Phone-in-Call" programme to ensure efficient and responsive public delivery system and early redressal of public grievances.
The Senior Official informed that people can record their grievances on toll-free Number 18001807122 and landline number 9906320997 everyday.
Official said that people can register their grievances on the phone call and the control room simultaneously forwards the nature and particular of the grievances to the concerned line departments to take action at the earliest.
