UDHAMPUR, Feb 03: A three day long Mushroom Development training programme for un-organised agriculture workers was organized by District Employment & Counselling Centre, Udhampur at District Mushroom Development Complex.
While speaking on the occasion, Deputy Director Employment Subhash Chander Dogra encouraged the un-organised workers to generate employment by adopting the profession of growing mushroom at domestic level and reap huge benefits from the mushroom development section of the agriculture department in order to earn their livelihood. He is also informed the gathering about the visionary Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maandhan (PM-SYM) pension scheme, a social security scheme.
Among others, Chief Agriculture Officer, Satish Kumar Bhagat, Mushroom Development Officer, Rajan Sharma, Mushroom Development Assistant, Sunil Gupta, Mushroom Dev. Assistant, Gopal Krishan besides officials of concerned department and a large number of agriculture workers were present on the occasion. |
