They said that due to such huge number of vacancies, the department is suffering badly, particularly the schools situated in the rural areas of the District where the majority of the posts are lying vacant as compared to the posts sanctioned in schools within the city and its adjoining areas. The sources told the Early Times, that the in one High School situated in the vicinity of the Kishtwar— there are 35 teachers/Masters for 58 students while in rural areas around 5-7 teachers for 300-350 students which is injustice with the students of rural area and the monopoly in the education department to absorb the blue eyed employees against these posts. |
