| DDC reviews progress under District CAPEX Budget | | | Early Times Report
REASI, Feb 6: District Development Commissioner, Indu Kanwal Chib today chaired a meeting to review the progress registered under District CAPEX Budget, languishing projects, Back to Village Programme and Centrally Sponsored Schemes.
The meeting was apprised that under Capex Budget, an amount of Rs 1290.14 lakhs have been utilized till December out of the available funds of Rs 1680.51 lakhs under various ongoing schemes and developmental projects.
It was further apprised that under the Back to Village Programme phase-I, 103 works have been taken up for the execution against which an expenditure of Rs. 300 lakhs incurred.
Speaking on occasion, the DDC directed the officers and executing agencies to ensure completion of all works within stipulated time frame. She stressed for regular field visits to ensure the works are executed under the set quality parameters.
The meeting was attended by Joint Director Planning, Kamal Kumar Sharma and other senior officers of the district. |
