Jammu, Feb 6: A one day Training programme on GeM, Paysys, BEAMS and G.P Fund (Central Rules) organized at District Funds Organization Jammu.
Director General, Funds Organization, Fayaz Ahmed Lone, Director Accounts and Treasuries Jammu, Iftikhar Hussain, Joint Director Funds Organization, Bharti Sambyal, Chief Accounts Officer Jammu Fund Office, Ela Chowdhary, Deputy Director Central, Anudeep Kour, Chief Accounts Officer, Samba, Sivney Kumari and other officers and staff members were present on the occasion.
Director General appreciated the fact that GeM and Paysys are the need of the hour and the organization needs to be equipped with the new technologies and motivated the staff to keep a public centric approach. He said that the main objective of the training was to bring more transparency in the system and keeping the office updated with the new online procurement, salary preparation and other record keeping.
The resource persons of training programme, Prof. Venus Sharma delivered an elaborate lecture on GeM and Rajesh Kumar from NIC discussed at length about Paysys and BEAMS. The training concluded with an interactive session with the participants clearing their doubts. |
