| Visionless NDA Govt playing with future of J&K youth: Youth Congress | | | Early times Report
JAMMU, Feb 6: Youth Congress accused the BJP Government at the Centre of having jeopardized the career of unemployed educated youths in J&K by abolishing Jammu and Kashmir cadre of Civil Services making J&K part of Arunachal Pradesh Goa and Mizoram Union Territories (AGMUT).
While interacting with students of Scared Heart College, Uday Chib, J&K President of Youth Congress said that with the abolishing of Jammu and Kashmir cadre of Civil Services, the relaxation of five-year age for local youth has also been ended in the civil services examination being conducted by the Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) bringing the UT of J&K at par with rest of the country. Chib said that this is just the start of miseries for J&K youth as unsympathetic and visionless NDA Government has many more shocking and heart wrenching policies in offing which would severely affect the career and future prospects of people living in this region. “The snatching of five years age relaxation on the pretext of return of normalcy in J&K is nothing but a cruel joke with the people of erstwhile State of J&K as situation here is in no way improved rather it has deteriorated and the youths here now need government’s sympathetic attitude like never before. |
