| Women Club Meri Pehchan honours Nirmohi, Omkar Singh | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 6: Women Club Meri Pehchan founder Sandhya Gupta honoured Dogra's Real heroes Shiv Nirmohi, Padma Shri awardee and Master Onkar Singh, Bal Shakti Puraskar recipient in a high profile function held at Amar Singh Club.
Shiv Nirmohi has written more than 40 books on almost all the subjects related to Dogras. Few among them are "Duggar Ka Ithihas", Duggar Ke Shahidi Samarak.
Master Onkar Singh, a class 9th student of BSF High Secondary School Paloura, designed a web portal when he was just 7 year old and recently he authored a book titled "When The Time Stops” for which he is decorated with Bal Shakti Puraskar recently.
Among others Maj Gen (Retd) Goverdhan Singh Jamwal also spoke on this occasion and congratulated both the Dogra personalities .
Sandhya Gupta believes that this function belongs to her whole new Dogra society. People from every community participated in this function, and everyone gave their full support. |
