TWS organises symposium on drug abuse

Jammu, Feb 8: Tawi Welfare Society Jammu, a social voluntary organisation organised a symposium on drug abuse at Apna Van Sure Chak to aware the masses in general and youth in particular about the menace of Drug abuse. In symposium, 23 participants of 13 school of the locality participated About 100 students of different schools attended this symposium Vinay Sharma, S.P. South Jammu was the chief guest and Ram Singh, SDPO South was the guest of honour. Vineet Gupta. Executive Engineer Flood Control Jammu presided over this function, Anil Kumar Sharma. Chowki Officer Police Post Phallain was also present on this occasion. Vinay Sharma, SP. South Jammu and other guests also deliberated on this issue and also appreciated the role of Tawi Welfare Society (Regd.). Jammu for organising such programmes. They also assured full cooperation to Tawi Welfare Society for organising other programmes in future also. Yash Paul, General Secretary presented welcome address and Shri Kavi Raj. President conveyed vote of thanks. Programme was conducted jointly by Nand Kishor and Nannder Singh.
