Militants shot dead civilian in Tral

Srinagar, Mar 6 : Militants on Friday evening shot dead a civilian in Tral area south Kashmir’s Pulwama district. Slain civilian was identified as Shabir Ahmad Bhat (30 years old) son of Mohammad Sideeq Bhat of Tral Payeen.
According to police, slain was Police press release Civilian killed by terrorists was travelling on Tral Gamraz road in his Duster vehicle bearing registration number CH 01 AQ/ 8750 when militants attacked him.
“He was driving alone and has been hit at his head” police said. He was immediately rushed to Sub-District Hospital Tral, however doctors declared him brought dead. nearby hospital sources said. SDPO Tral, Dr. Aijaz Malik confirmed the death of a civilian.
A senior police officer meanwhile said that a team has rushed to the spot and launched man hunt to nab the assailants.
