Coronavirus: All primary schools in Jammu,Samba districts to remain shut till March 31
3/7/2020 10:59:00 AM
Srinagar

Government on Saturday announced that all the primary schools in Jammu and Samba districts of Jammu and Kashmir will remain close till March 31, 2020.

Taking to social networking site Twitter, Government spokesman Rohit Kansal wrote, “All primary schools in Jammu and Samba districts of J&K to be closed till March 31 with immediate effect.”He said that the test reports of the two suspected patients from Jammu have been received. Both are high viral load cases and there is a high probability of their testing positive.

“Both suspected cases have been kept in isolation at Government Medical College, Jammu. They are stable and all protocol is being followed. Both cases had left the hospital against medical advice and had to be brought back,” said the government spokesman.

The coronavirus outbreak originated in China’s Wuhan in December and has spread to over 60 nations, killing more than 3,000 people and infecting over 90,000.
