| Two held with drugs at Kishtwar | | |  Early Times Report
Kishtwar, Mar 18: In it’s continuous drive against the drug menace, Kishtwar police party led SHO Police Station Kishtwar Aijaz Wani arrested two drug peddlers and recovered drugs in the form of tablets in large quantity.
As per the details available with Early Times, Kishtwar police on the bases of specific input laid nakka at Malipath Kishtwar and intercepted a motorcycle bearing Registration No. JK02B-1785 (Red Colour) coming from Jammu and was about to enter Kishtwar town with two persons on it.
During questioning, the two accused reviled their identities as Saddam Hussain (20 yrs) Son of Mohammad Ramzan Resident of Dangdurru and Towseef Qayoom (27 yrs) Son of Abdul Qayoom Resident of Sarkoot, Tehsil and District Kishtwar.
On frisking 249 tablets of Anzelium 0.5 (60 tablets), Tab Iburest (69 Tablets), Lobazan 0.5 (120 tablets) which are banned and falls under psychiatric act.
Both the accused were arrested on spot and case FIR No.46/2020 U/S 21/22 NDPS Act was registered at Police Station Kishtwar and started its investigation.
