Early times Report

POONCH, Mar 18: Ahead the fence, dozens Panchayats are out of the reach of the most primary and the basic facilities like water, roads, power , mobile connection and government schemes.
One Government Primary school Panjani in Dharati Panchayat is roofless for twenty years. Fifty students are getting education there but sitting under the open Sky. The connectivity of road is worked in files but not on grounds. One most important need of mobile connection or signed is barred. There residents have mobile sets but like toys. The drinking water problem is facing by the residents. They have no proper and fit connection of water for their use. Water is the ‘King Need’ need for lives. Neither Bunkers are built d up nor any other issues have been sorted. They are always living in the ‘Death Zone’ because nobody knows the target of Shell.
Shamim Akhter a Chairperson for BDC Balakote visited the Panchayats and said that the residents of these Panchayats are really depriving from the basic amenities or needs.
She said that all things which are spoken for their benefits are pasted in the files, while no work is showing in the mirror of reality. Residents of balakote appeal to Lt.Governor to visit the area of Balakote and check himself the problems of the people and solve and facilitate them.
