| NPP condemns killing of its leader in Kulgam | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, April 2: The National Panthers Party condemned brutal killing of its Block President of Desh Pora in Kulgam District late last night by the militants.
The Panthers Party Headquarters in Jammu expressed shock on the brutal killing of its Block President, Siraj-ul-din (45) who was shot dead while he was sitting with his family members. Another person was also shot dead who was sitting with him. The Panthers Party Desh Pora, Block conveyed this tragedy on telephone to Panthers Party Headquarters at Jammu.
Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of J&K National Panthers Party while condemning the brutal killing of Panthers Party, Block President, expressed surprise on the failure of the J&K Administration and the Police to provide adequate security to the political activists particularly in Kashmir.
Prof. Bhim Singh urged the President of India to issue adequate direction to the Administration in J&K to provide reasonable security cover to the office bearers (at least) of the Panthers Party and to other political activists particularly in the Valley of Kashmir where security cover has been deprived particularly to the Panthers Party which is a recognized political party in Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh. The Panthers Party also conveyed heartfelt condolences to the family of late Siraj-ul-din and prayed for heaven to the departed soul. |
