This provision opens the opportunity to peoples of other states to snatch the rights of unemployed youth of J&K, the local peoples whom more than half of the year remain busy in putting off and on of their sleeeping luggage ( Quilts) due to severe cold and also due to hilly far flung distances, they remain disconnected from the basic necessities, must be given Complete Job protection and also Implementation of special status under schedule 6th of the Constitution of India on the pattern of seven hilly North eastern states also favoured by Our State President JKPCC Ghulam Ahmed Mir saheb.
