COVID-19 outbreak: NC, PDP play politics, Pak keeps LoC hot, terrorists continue to kill people
All Stand Exposed

Early Times Report
jammu, Apr 19: Instead of helping the needy amidst COVID-19 outbreak a few Kashmir centric leaders trying to raise dead issues has drawn a flak.
An analyst while talking to Early Times said, "A few NC and PDP second-rung leaders recently tried to reverse the clock to August 5 by seeking the release of separatists and others. But their bosses remained silent. The leaders of both these Kashmir centric parties suddenly changing their gears after eight months was nothing but an attempt to create disturbance."
He said, "Someone needs to tell these leaders at present people in Kashmir are grappling with the outbreak of the COVID-19 as the number of positive patients is increasing with each passing day. Many areas in the Valley have been declared Red Zones. At this point of time they need help and assistance. People are least bothered about the politics which these leaders are trying to play to score Brownie points over each other."
An observer said, "Ones who are seeking the release of separatists seem to be least bothered about the miseries of common people, who have rejected the separatist politics."
He said, "Besides, Kashmir centric so-called mainstream leaders, Pakistan too is adding to the woes of people of Kashmir by carrying out shelling along the Line of Control. The terrorists sponsored by Pakistan are also leaving no chance to kill the people, including the security personnel."
He said, "In this hour of crisis it's the administration only, which is helping the people of Kashmir by trying its best to provide them with the basic necessities. Kashmir centric leaders and the Pakistan sponsored terrorists and Pakistan stand exposed. It has been proven beyond doubt that these people are least bothered about a common Kashmiri, who has been used as a cannon fodder on one or other pretext till date."
Another analyst said, "Kashmir centric leaders should wake up from the deep slumber. They should realize that times have changed and it's the people only who are informing the security forces about the presence of terrorists in their areas. Soon after terrorists shot dead civilians in south Kashmir's Kulgam area earlier this month, people informed the Army about the presence of terrorists in their village which led to the elimination of the three terrorists."
He said, "Recently two terrorists were killed in an encounter in south Kashmir's Shopian area. Locals didn't come forward to claim their dead bodies, following which they were buried in north Kashmir's Sheeri area. This indicates how Kashmir has changed post August 5. Old narratives and issues are a closed chapter now."
