Jammu, May 8: A girl scholar of Jammu University’s Law Department has set an example since she has helped more than 150 under-privileged families reeling under the shadow of consecutive lockdowns which started on March 25.
The law scholar Nisha Sharma is doing yeoman’s job by providing much needed help to the most vulnerable lot of society which is suffering due to ongoing restrictions and job losses on account of lethal corona virus scare. Showing exemplary concern and compassion of highest order, philanthropic Sharma didn’t waste a day and has reached to the masses by providing them essentials like ration, masks, soaps and sanitizers by arranging the same by mobilizing her sources and through extraordinary efforts. The young scholar has earned lot of respect and won applauds for her special affinity towards poor and needy. The areas which she has covered so far include Preet Nagar, Digiana, Trikuta Nagar, Rani Talab,Talab Tillo, New Plot, Bagh e Bahu and Bari Brahmana.
