JAMMU, May 20: “A video prepared through online collaboration by IAS, IPS and IRS officers besides three children from Manipur, that has gone viral, is sending a very strong message across India that is encouraging and at the same time, reflecting bureaucrats’ faith in the system and their compassion towards India and its people. This is a video in which these officers have tried to encourage people in 22 languages including Dogri and Kashmiri, to send one message of courage, faith and compassion during this coronavirus crisis”. This was stated by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) J&K Executive Member, Raman Suri, who lauded the efforts of these officers and said that the video sends a message that even when people have been distanced by Corona, they continue to be united by the Spirit of India, that stands for Courage, creates Faith and resonates with Compassion. Prayati Sharma (IRS), who hails from Jammu, as well as Sujit Kumar Singh (IPS), posted in Udhampur, J&K are also featuring in this video and have given their messages in Dogri and Kashmiri languages, respectively”. The video, first of its kind encourages people to join hands, fight this pandemic and win together. Gautam Buddha’s saying that “In compassion lies the world’s true strength” and Mahatama Gandhi’s message that “Faith is not something to grasp, it is a state to grow into”, have been displayed in the video, which has National Anthem, Jana Gana Mana, playing in the background.
