JAMMU, June 8: A multi-lingual "e-Mushaira" was organized by Nami Dogri Sanstha wherein poets presented their poetry in Dogri, Punjabi, Hindi, English and Urdu languages. The poets expressed themselves on various social, environmental and romantic aspects besides women empowerment, coronavirus, political and economic issues. This literary meet was dedicated to all the warriors of corona pandemic.
Advocate Harish Kaila President Nami Dogri Sansth (NDS) presided over the poetic meet whereas Yash Pal Yash General Secretary NDS conducted the proceedings and critically evaluated each poetic item presented. Capt Lalit Sharma, convener NDS conceived, supervised and coordinated the e-Mushaira.
The participating poets posted their poetry by way of videos / audios / scripts in the watts app group of NDS . The poetic meet was overwhelmingly participatory and interactive. Almost all the participants offered their views almost on all the poetic items presented.
The participating poets include Suman Pal former Station Head AIR, Dr Vijay Puri, Sushil Bhola, Ram Pal Dogra, Rajni Malhotra , Pallavi Rajput, Shallu Uppal Nagrotra , Kusum Sharma "Antra", Mohan Singh Jamwal, Dr Chanchal Sharma, Sanjiv Sharma, Manjit Singh Kamara, Neelam Malhotra Verma, Brij Mohan Dubey, Dr Rubeena from Malerkotla, KD Kaul Mehboob, Shambu Ram Pyasa, Dr Mulakh Raj Bhumagi, BS Jamwal, Sajiv Sagar, Wali Mohammad Aseer Kishtwari, Usha Kiran Kiran, Balwinder Singh, Baisakhi Ram Sharma, Arun Sharma Banathia, Jatinder Jolly, Ramesh Nirash, Kamlesh Singh from Ambikapur Chhatisgarh, Arun Khajuria, Inder Saraazi, Dr Adarsh Malhotra and Pankaj Sidha.
