Court rejects bail plea of cheater 6/8/2020 10:17:54 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, June 8: 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Virender Singh Bhou rejected the bail application of alleged cheater namely Maqsood Hussain khan son of Abdul Majeed Khan resident of Hazratbal Srinagar. 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Virender Singh Bhou after hearing APP DP Singh for the UT observed that the accused for his gains has prepared fake documents of vehicle by inflicting fake number and chassis number such type of offenders do not deserve any concession of bail; that accused is a habitual offender and often do such type of frauds by committing the theft of vehicles from Delhi and other places and thereafter change their registration number, chassis number and engine number and sell them to customers who in turn use these vehicles for anti-national activities in Kashmir and that in case he is released on bail there is every possibility that he would jump over the bail and abscond.
