Locals rue defunct hand pump in Bufliaz 6/9/2020 12:30:04 AM Early Times Report MENDHAR, June 8: Water hand Pump of main Chowk Bufliaz in Surankote area is lying defunct for the last one month but the concerned department is pathetic andv people are crying for drinking water. People alleged that the Main Chowk Bufliaz hand pump had gone dry for the past one Month as a result of which the villagers are virtually left with no other source and are facing acute shortage of drinking water.
