JAMMU, June 17: Under the patronage of the Chief Justice, Justice Gita Mittal and the Executive Chairman Justice Mr. Rajesh Bindal State Legal Services Authority J&K and under the guidance of the Chairman District Legal Services Authority, Rajouri Jafffer Hussain Beg, the District Legal Services Authority, Rajouri organized an awareness programme on the facts and myths about coronavirus with active participation of Social Welfare Department, Rajouri at Daksh Boys Hostel Dassal, Rajouri. On this occasion, the Secretary District Legal Services Authority, Rajouri Meyank Gupta, District Social Welfare Officer Rajouri, Mohd Naseeb and Counsellor Child Protection were also present. The Chairman District Legal Services Authority, Rajouri interacted with the inmates of the hostel and made them understand how they protect themselves from the effect of Corona Virus. He stressed upon the inmates to wear masks in crowed places and to maintain proper hygiene in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The Chairman District Legal Services Authority, Rajouri distributed Face Masks, Sanitizers, and Soaps amongst them.
Counsellor Child Protection, Social Welfare Department, Rajouri demonstrated the inmates of the hostel how to wash hands with soap, how to wear masks and to maintain social distancing in crowded areas. The Chairman District Legal Services Authority, Rajouri also distributed refreshment to the inmates.
