Kathua, June 19: In a shameful incident a 13-year-old girl belonging to nomad family was allegedly raped by 50 year old man here. The parents of the girl said that their daughter was raped by the accused for past three months. They said the accused threatened her daughter and mother with dire consequence if she revealed it to anyone. The accused was identified as Guddu, resident of Bhardoh Kathua. A medical examination of the girl was conducted at GMC Kathua on Thursday.
Meanwhile, SHO Rajbagh Bhupinder Singh said Police have arrested a person within hours regarding this case an FIR No:110/2020 US/376/4 POSCO stands registered in Police station Rajbagh. |
