Jammu, July 8: A woman, who was trapped in sudden flash floods in Belicharana area here on city outskirts, was rescued by the teams of police and SDRF.
Police here said that the woman identified as Bhago, 42, resident of Belicharana, Satwari was washing the clothes in the Nikki Tawi area near Fourth Bridge.
Suddenly, water level swelled in the river due to flash floods and she got trapped. On receiving information, police said that teams were rushed to the spot and the woman was rescued.
