Jammu, July 8: Mayor, Jammu Municipal Corporation Chander Mohan Gupta today chaired a meeting in the Conference Hall of JMC.
The meeting was attended by Dy. Mayor, Adv. Purnima Sharma, Commissioner, JMC Avny Lavasa, Ravinder Mansotra, SE, PWD, Jammu officers from JMC, and PWD were also remained present in the meeting.
Mohit Mahajan I/c JC(W) JMC, Harvinder Singh(Xen), Medical College Div, Parvez Malik (Xen), PWD Div. I , Rajesh Kumar Bhagat (Xen), PWD Div II, Rohit Puri (AEE), Div. II also remained present in the meeting.
A threadbare discussion on the redressal of burning issues of general public were discussed and Mayor, JMC issued instructions to the SE, PWD that Xen’s, AEE and JE’s under their control be directed to attend the phone calls of Councillors for public importance matter.
Mayor, JMC also issued instructions to the SE, PWD that deep drains on main road of the city may be re- constructed on priority basis, new plans of the department should be discussed with concerned Councillor of JMC as they are well familiar with the problems of general public of respective wards and copy of plan be forwarded to them also, pits and main holes of the city should be properly filled/renovated to avoid any type of mis happenings.
