Investigation in death case going on at snail’s pace alleges family | | | EarlyTimes Report
JAMMU, July 20:Family members have expressed resentment and alleged that police investigation was going on at snail’s pace and there has been no breakthrough in the death case of Brij Krishen Wali till date despite lapse of one month. It is pertinent to mention that one person namely Brij Krishen Wali S/o Amar Nath age 60/61 was found dead in suspicious circumstances at his rental residence at Ambika Vihar in Gole Gujral area of Jammu on June 22, 2020 and In this regard an FIR stands registered vide No 158/20/302 IPC at police station Domana. While talking to EarlyTimes on cell phone from New Delhi, the younger brother of slain person Kuldeep Wali, who could not attend his mourning here due to COVID- 19 pandemic, alleged that police investigation was going on very slowly and there has been no breakthrough in the case of slain person till date and accused seems to have gone scot free while police acts as mute spectators,he added.
