AAP demands resignation, apology from CM Tripura | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 22: The AAP Jammu unit has demanded an resignation and unconditional public apology from Chief Minister Tripura Biplab Kumar Deb for making controversial statements on Sikhs and Jatts. In a statement Gurmeet Singh Leader AAP, Social activist said, Biplab Deb had insulted the Sikhs across the world, by calling them low minded. The comments by Biplab Deb were shameful and unfortunate. Gurmeet Singh said, The Constitution grants the right to speak to everyone but not to hurt the sentiments of any community, Deb should offer his resignation and an unconditional public apology from Sikh community. However, as seen in several instances, the Deb is intolerant to the individual rights and freedom of people, and bursts out in frustration whenever he seen that public are against him. Why BJP are silent on their CM for hurting the sentiments of sikh and Jatts community, One side BJP saying SABKA SATH, SABKA VIKAS and other side this type of statement are not acceptable. BJP must take necessary action against him, said Raj Kumar Nischal. |
