| Muskan Foundation demands relief to poor physically disabled person | | |  Early Times Report
Samba, July 22: Parveen Sangral President of Muskan Foundation, Vijaypur held a press conference at Vijaypur. While interacting with the media person she highlighted the issue of physically disabled person namely Shamsher Chand S/o Shangaroo Ram R/o Naid P/O Nud Panchayat Halqua Dhora Tehsil and Distt. Samba .J&K UT: She told that said Sharmsher Chand was a normal person and he was earning his livelihood by way performing labourer job (as a coolly) and was feeding to his family members includes wife, 3 daughters and 1 minor son. He belongs to BPL category. He has no pacca residential house. Unfortunately, about 3 years ago he was hit with paralyse attack and his lower part of body becomes functionless. He is bed ridden patient. There is no earning source of livelihood. He is living in but which is in deteriorated condition and there may occur mis-happening at any time.. Sangral lambasted the Panchayat Members, Sarpanch, Anganwadi Workers for not providing benefits of several schemes sponsored by the Govt. of India for the people of specially abled persons, poor and downtrodden people. |
