Srinagar, July 30 A soldier was injured in a militant attack in south Kashmir Pulwama district on Thursday afternoon, an official from the Army said. He said the soldier was injured when a militant targeted a Casspir vehicle by firing a UBGL at Drabgam, Pulwama. The vehicle was part of the Army’s area domination patrol.
“The injured soldier was shifted to hospital where his condition is stated to be stable,” the official added.
The area has been cordoned off and a search operation is in progress to track the militants involved in the attack |
