| Café M gutted in fire , loss of property worth lakhs | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 1: A fire broke out at a coffee shop at Shastrinagar late night yesterday that left all infrastructure and costly gadgets gutted in the fire causing huge loss to the owner of the shop .
Café M owned by one Masood Ahmed , S/o Ghulam Qadir Malik , R/o Green Valley , Sunjawan Jammu at 390 Shastrinagar caught fire late last night which burnt all the furniture, air conditioners , laptops, and coffee machine installed in the Café which has led to the huge loss of property worth lakhs.
Getting a call from a neighbor, Masood Ahmed rushed to the spot and found police and fire brigade services dousing the fire, but nothing could be saved. It is being alleged that some short circuit caused the fire though police as well as fire brigade services have recorded the statement of Masood Ahmed and investigation is on to find the cause of the fire. Meanwhile, since Café M has been insured with Reliance , Masood Ahmed has been asked by the Gandhinagar police station to provide the copy of the insurance so that damage could be assessed
