Inqlabi appeals LG to review decision on SHGs

JAMMU, Aug 13: International Gurjar Mahasabha appealed the Lieutenant Governor of J&K to review the decision taken regarding the abolition of Self Help Groups (SHGs) and their work quota of 30% in execution of development works. The appeal was made during a meeting of the Sabha held here today in which some members of participated through video conference. In the meeting, Rashid Azam Inqlabi, vice president International Gurjar Mahasabha urged the Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to take immediate steps to revoke the decision.
