JAMMU, Aug 19: Dr Ashutosh Sharma was elected as president of the J&K Olympic Association, election for which was conducted here today. The deferred election process of the Association was resumed today by the Returning Officer Ajay Vaid, Advocate J&K High Court. Other office bearers of the Association who got elected include Zamir Thakur as Senior Vice-President, Capt Murti Gupta and Kuldeep Singh Jamwal as Vice-Presidents, Dushyant Sharma as Honorary General Secretary, Bhupinder Singh Tirthi as Honorary Treasurer, Vikas Gupta and Mohd Iqbal as Joint Secretaries. While Prof H S Chib, Rajan Sharma, Yudhvir Singh, Vikram Sharma, Taran Singh, Vijay Sharma and Kuldeep Kumar Gupta were elected as Executive Members.
