| Garbage materials lifted from Kunjwani Park | | |

JAMMU, Aug 19: Around 3 vehicles of wastage and other garbage materials lifted from the Kunjwani Park by Corporator Pritam Singh with help of safai- Karamchari as part of continuous cleanliness drive in the Ward-55.
The senior citizens and women hav already put forth various issues with Corporator Pritam Singh including other cleanliness matter as the residents are facing lot of hardships. During the drive, Corporator Pritam Singh deployed men and machinery and keep the surroundings and entrance of the Kunjwani Park neat and clean. Corporator while speaking on the occasion asked the local residents to plant more and more saplings in and around the Park. He appealed to the general public of Ward-55 to maintain proper sanitation, as without the help of citizens it is hard to achieve the desired results and to make Jammu a clean city. Corporator Pritam Singh further stressed upon the general public to come forward and join hands with JMC in maintaining proper sanitation and as a preemptive measure against Coronavirus. He urged upon the people to wear masks while visiting markets and other places keeping in view to maintain social distancing to combat corona virus pandemic. |
