JAMMU, Aug 26: Condemning the Gupkar Declaration, the Sainik Samaj Party (SSP) termed it as misleading, manipulative and against the spirit of nationalism.
President SSP, Colonel SS Pathania, condemned the Gupkar Declaration by Kashmir based political parties, led by Farooq Abdullah, who advocated restoration of article 370, said that assertions made were influenced by vote bank politics.
Pathania said that abrogation of article 370 and 35 A, was a historical decision by BJP led central government as it not only corrected the misgivings and historical blunders of last 72 years but also fully integrated J&K, with the Union of India, having one constitution, one flag and one law.
He said Kashmir centric politicians have optimally exploited the people of Ladakh and Jammu regions and used militancy as an industry to loot the hard earned money of tax payers by indulging in ‘unprecedented corruption, to serve their vested interests and nefarious designs.
Pathania urged the central government to take cognizance of Gupkar declaration and initiate appropriate measures to ensure, that anti-national, evil and nefarious designs of Kashmir based political parties do not succeed.
