| Residents of Apna Vihar Colony demands development works in area | | | Early times Report
Jammu, Sept 6: Residents of Apna Vihar Colony appealed to Mayor JMC to undertake developments works in the colony areas including Roads, Drains and Parks which are in dilapidated condition since the formation of JKUT.
Vijay Sharma Rtd. DC state Taxes who is also Chairman of Team Mask Force and is instrumental in projecting the colony 1st of it's type in co operative sector housing more than 200 houses accommodating more than 1000 people in the colony in a press release to media this morning.
He said the parks of the area need it's renovation works so that affects of pandemic are taken care of and Residents are saved from noble corona virus infections.
The colony Residents pay all dues required to be paid like electric charges, water charges & all other municipal taxes but lacks in maintenance aspects by the concerned Authorities like PWD, PHE ,& notwithstanding the cries for regular supply of Power .Sharma urged that despite of the facts that the deputations of Residents have apprised concerned by submitting memorandums of demands but unheard of. He appealed to Administration to take note of grievances of Residents of colony lest these r constrained to resort to agitation recourse.
