Jammu, Sept 6: Sant Nirankari Mandal branch R S Pura organized a voluntarily blood donation camp at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, R S Pura for Thalesemia patients.
The camp was held under the banner of Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation the socio economic wing of SNM. Volunteers from branch Sai, Miran Sahib, Arnia also participated in this camp. Nearly 50 units of blood was collected from donors and donated for the thalesemia patients. The camp was inaugurated by Sardar Capt Bana Singh Ji Paramveer Chakra, while speaking on the occasion he appreciated the efforts of Nirankari mission.
Other dignitaries presented on the occasion were Dr Davinder singh Blood Bank GMC Jammu, Dr Mohan Lal Menia Retd. ENT Consultunt GMC and several senior citizens and social workers of the society. |
