9/11/2020 11:20:49 PM

EARLY TIMES REPORT

JAMMU, Sept 11: Alleging that the nature of a piece of land measuring about 100 kanals under Khasra no 362 and 208 from Gairmumkin Tawi to a Banjer Kadeem has been done illegally in village Sehora, the Gole Gujral Welfare Forum (GGWF) said that the illegitimate act is the handiwork of Tehsildar Jammu West and Naib Tehsildar Gole.
Addressing a meeting of the Forum held here today, president GGWF Supinder Singh said that in connivance with some blue eyed persons the Revenue officials issued fard intikhab of the land in village Sehora by illegal means without taking permission from government.
He alleged that a housing colony is being developed on the said land and 20 kanals of land in village Ranjeetpur by the blue eyed persons.
He said that the nature of land is agriculture but having hand in gloves with the Tehsildar Jammu West and Naib Tehsildar Gole, the colonies were raised.
He informed that a representation was moved before higher officials by the inhabitants of village Gole, Ranjeetpur and Sehora on 03-09-2020 and a protest was also staged against Tehsildar Jammu West and Naib Tehsildar Gole.
He also alleged that Jammu West Tehsildar Rajesh Baru and Naib Tehsildar Gole Vijay Kumar are not performing their duties honestly due to which more than 200 registered mutations are pending for last two years in Tehsil Jammu West.
The residents of village Sehora, Ranjeetpur and members of Gole Gujral Welfare Forum demanded strict action against Tehsildar Jammu West and Naib Tehsildar Gole and some persons who are having hand in gloves with these officials.
