Kavinder flays Congress for plotting caste based riots
10/7/2020 11:38:56 PM
EARLY TIMES REPORT

JAMMU, Oct 7: As the Hathras gang rape and murder of a teenage girl has triggered outrage across the nation; former Deputy Chief Minister and senior BJP leader, Kavinder Gupta lambasted Congress for provoking people in Hathras case by politicizing and making it a caste based issue.
In a statement issued here today, the former Deputy Chief Minister said that the Congress leader has been found plotting cast based riots in the agitated town of Hathras.
“Rahul Gandhi’s aide in Hathras revealed murky details of a bloody plot to instigate caste riots in the village. He has also named big-shot politicians who would be part of the Congress Party’s initiative to create a furore over the Hathras incident,” Kavinder said.
The former DyCM lambasted Congress Party for using the heartrending incident for furthering its brand of politics and said that a Congress leader has confessed that the preparations were complete to stoke massive caste-based riots in Hathras and has reportedly admitted that their groundwork was so strong that nobody would have been able to stop the ensuing violence.
Gupta said that the Congress party has been involved in this conspiracy of conflict within the country and has used the alleged rape and death of a girl for their political gains. “This is shame for Congress as its leadership throughout the nation have added fuel to this issue and triggered caste riots, protest and vandalism in the country,” Gupta said and added that Congress party must restrain from using the social issues for their cheap politics. Kavinder asked the Congress leadership to refrain from provoking innocent people on gender and caste based issues hence creating hue and cry. He suggested the Congress party to stop creating chaos in the nation.
