KATHUA, Nov 19: Congress Party's official candidate for District Development Council (DDC) from Dinga Amb constituency in Kathua district, Pinki Devi today filed her nomination papers.
Pinki Devi is a prominent social worker and Sarpanch from the area who has received appreciations and acknowledgement for her work in the shape of award from the Lt Governor Manoj Sinha through Deputy Commissioner, Kathua.
Devi is a one of the strongest candidates of Congress Party in Kathua district who has strong support among the people from all walks of life. In her support, over 200 Panchs and 25 Sarpanches assembled under the leadership of Ex-MLC and senior Congress Party Thakur Balbir Singh and appealed to ensure her victory in the upcoming polls. |
