Jammu, Nov 19: Team Mask Force today launched an awareness programme on sanitization in Apna Vihar Colony.
The Chairman of TMF Vijay Sharma appealed all the people in JKUT and in particular peripheral areas of village Dili to observe World Toilet Day, which fall on November 19.
“Although proper sanitation is a basic human right, approximately 2.5 billion people lack regular access to a toilet and most toilets are either unclean or unsafe, which poses a threat to the spread of diseases like cholera, typhoid, hepatitis and diarrhea”, he said, while speaking on the occasion. |
