UDHAMPUR, Nov 24: On behalf of the National Panthers Party, Swarn Singh Rathore filed nomination papers as a DDC Member from Udhampur 1.
On this occasion State president of the Panthers Party, Balwant Singh Mankotia, was present.
Speaking on the occasion, Swran Singh said that it is necessary for the development and prosperity of Udhampur that people should support the Panthers Party. He said that he will work for the benefit of the youth and will work day and night.
Balwant said that now the BJP is talking about casteism instead of progress. When the election comes, BJP has done only partisan politics after occupying power, he added. "Unemployment has increased during BJP regime," he said adding that now the time has come for people to express their anger by not giving a vote to BJP.
