Jammu, Nov 24: Former Mayor of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Manmohan Singh today visited border villages of Tehsil Nowshera including Kalsian, Bhawani, Gania, Langer, chowki, chowki Handan, Nonial, Nowshera.
The main agenda of the tour was to know about problems and difficulties faced by the Jat biradari people residing in these areas and to extend financial help to the needy members of the Biradri.
In the tour Ch. Manmohan Singh extended financial help to several community members residing in these villages. Choudhary also visited Additional Deputy Commissioner Sukhdev Singh Samyal and narrated the predicament of a family and the negligence of the authorities in providing them support. During his tour many prominent members of biradari were present including Col. Roshan Lal Gangal (retd) Chairman Of AIJMS nowshera, Sukhdev Singh Sarpanch langer. Romesh Darpanch Deing Kalal, Ajay choudhary president youth Jat Sabha Nowshera, Ex Sarpanch Bindu Choudhary, Ashok Kumar Sarpanch Kalsian, Ch Balbir Shah, Rattan choudhary, paras Ram Choudhary, Roshan Choudhary Ch Surinder and many others. |
