KATHUA, Dec 9: District Development Commissioner, Kathua O. P. Bhagat today chaired the weekly public grievance and redressal camp here at Billawar Sub-District to mark weekly Block Diwas.
ADC Billawar Sandesh Kumar Sharma and District and Block level officers were also present.
People in large numbers including elected PRI members apprised the DDC about several demands pertaining to their areas. They demanded water supply scheme for Village Katni of Parnala panchayat, replacement of old water supply pipelines of Dharlta reservoir, pending payments, provision of playground at Bhaddu etc
The DDC, after listening to the issues and demands, gave on the spot directions to the concerned departments for early redressal of the same. Similarly ADC Basohli Tilak Raj Thapa chaired weekly Block Diwas proceedings at PWD rest house Basohli and listened to the grievances of the people. |
